Installation Notes

Hardwired ceiling installation is required. Professional installation by a licensed electrician is recommended. Please confirm ceiling structure, junction-box position, cord length, fixture clearance, and final hanging height before installation. For sloped, vaulted, or special ceiling conditions, please contact our XYlight Support Team before ordering to confirm compatibility.

Care Instructions

Turn off the power and allow the fixture to cool before cleaning. Gently wipe the brass frame and alabaster panels with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or polishing agents, as they may damage the brass finish or natural alabaster surface. Handle each alabaster panel carefully during installation and cleaning.

Notes

Natural alabaster features unique veining, tone variation, and translucency. Each fixture will have its own stone character. Custom cord length, hanging height, finish adjustments, light color temperature, and other project-specific details may be available upon request.
