we can probably build it.
Because we manufacture in-house, changing a size, a finish, a canopy or a drop length is engineering work — not a negotiation. Most custom requests are confirmed with dimensioned drawings within five working days.
The process
Four steps, no surprises
Step 01
Send the brief
A reference photo, a sketch, or just the ceiling height and the room. Any format is fine.
Step 02
Drawings & quote
Dimensioned drawings, a render and a firm unit price, usually within 5 working days.
Step 03
Sample & approval
For larger projects we build a sample unit and photograph it against your finish references.
Step 04
Production & delivery
30–45 days typical. Staged delivery available on multi-phase projects.
