Which voltage and plug types do you ship?
Every fixture is built to order for its destination market. North America ships as 110–120V with UL or ETL components; Europe, the UK, Australia and most of Asia ship as 220–240V with CE components. You select the market at checkout, and the listing shows the exact certification for each option.
How is shipping charged for large chandeliers?
Small fixtures (sconces, table lamps, pendants under 24") ship by express at a flat rate. Large chandeliers are quoted on actual volumetric weight with crating included — you will see the exact figure before you pay, and DDP options are available for the US, Canada, UK and EU so there are no surprise customs charges.
Can I order a single sample before committing to a project?
Yes. Trade accounts can order one sample unit per model at the sample rate, credited back against the first project order. Retail customers can order any quantity from one piece.
What is covered by the warranty?
Five years on structural metalwork and finish, two years on electrical components, and a no-questions breakage replacement on anything damaged in transit when reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Do you provide CAD blocks and photometric files?
Registered trade accounts can download spec sheets, CAD blocks, IES files and high-resolution renders for every model from the product page.
